start the validation process
You’ll have the opportunity to chat one-on-one with existing Bark & Mane franchisees and listen to group validation calls. This is a good time to learn more about what your day-to-day would be like, as well as how you might fit into the franchise system.
territory review
We’ll work together to review and identify the best location for your franchise in the territory you desire.
submit franchise application
During this official step, we’ll review your financial information. We’ll also complete background and credit checks.
attend Meet the Team Day
If your application is approved, you’ll be invited to Meet the Team Day with our home office staff. You’ll learn about marketing, training, technology, support, and more. This is your chance to interview us, so be sure to come prepared with questions!
sign franchise agreement
After Meet the Team Day, we’ll make a final determination on your candidacy. Once the franchise agreement is signed, you’re an official member of the Bark & Mane franchise family.
attend initial franchisee training
Upon signing your franchise agreement, you’ll be scheduled for training at our Experience Center in Dallas and prepare to hit the ground running.

During the franchise process, we’ll help you in selecting your new Bark & Mane franchise territories. With our business model, you’ll start with a three-territory package, which means you will scale up to three vans in the first year, and eventually be able to accommodate up to 9-12 vans. Your territories are protected, meaning you won’t be facing any competition within the brand. With our scalable business model, you’ll have an easier time growing your footprint and becoming a trusted partner in pet well-being in the communities you serve.
